Country Legend T.G. Sheppard Sings with Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road


Country Music's T.G. Sheppard who charted no less than 43 Billboard hits with 29 landing in the top ten and 14 scoring at the top of the charts has lent his star power to help Lorraine Jordan and Carolina Road with a bluegrass remake of his 1980 number one hit, "Do You Wanna Go To Heaven".

Steve Martin Banjo Exhibit Coming to American Banjo Museum in Oklahoma City!

American Banjo Museum’s newest exhibit, The Banjo World of Steve Martin, provides a look at the musical side of one of America’s favorite entertainers.

The exhibit, which features banjos from Martin’s private collection, opens February 15th at the American Banjo Museum in Oklahoma City’s historic Bricktown district.


Carter Stanley Play Goes Out West to Arizona!

Five locations throughout Arizona are featuring performances of a one-man play called A Life of Sorrow, the Life and Times of Carter Stanley.

He played the music, he wrote the songs, and… he self-destructed.  With his brother, famed Appalachian performer Ralph Stanley, he fronted a bluegrass-styled band from 1946 until his untimely passing at the age of 41 in 1966.

Popular bluegrass band, Flatt Lonesome is proud to announce their first ever online concert on January 28th, supporting Musicians Against Childhood Cancer’s (MACC) efforts to fight childhood cancer. 

The band has performed at the MACC’s four-day summer music festival which benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for the past three years, and is excited to help further contribute to such a great cause.
